This coiller is manufactured in various diameters of block diameters with dies and without dies. Generally coiling of low and high carbon wires. It is a system used to clean hot scales stuck on high and low carbon wires coming out of mechanic cleaning. Scale powders remaining on any wire coming out of this machine are cleaned by passing them from a tank of hot compressed water for the purpose that it takes lubricant better. EP360 ELECTRODE PRESS This press works on hydraulic system. The angle between the flux coating tube and wire feeding unit is 45°. The press is manufactured in various types depending on the production capacity of the electrodes. On the operating panel located on the press, there are several adjustment buttons for pressure, electrode conveyor belt speed. These are digital displays. All adjustments and controls of the press are made on this operating panel. Pressure of the machine is max. 350 BARS.
