The first one is High Speed and High Production Capacity (Double-High) Pipe Mill. The second one is CNS-CFS Automatic Square and Rectangular Pipe Mill. One group of rollers can produce any specification. Without rollers-changing, no commissioning test is needed and no materials wasted, so the finished product ratio can reach more than 99.95%. Just entering the specification on the screen can change the specification automatically. The whole process only needs 10 minutes and the rollers need not be changed. 7. The third one is Robotic Roll Changer.
After inputting the product specification on the operation panel, the robot takes the roll from the roll library and installs it on the equipment. The replaced roll is cleaned and then sent back to the roll library. All the above processes are unmanned and completed automatically.
Product capacity has been increased by 1-2 times. Not only the maximum speed is high; but also the speed in the speed table has been increased a lot. Especially for the large and middle size pipe, the speed has been increased at the greatest. Which made the weld pipe mill become double high mill with the feature of high speed, high production capacity. Because the sawing time of the double saw is 2-3 times longer than that of the single saw, the usage strength of the saw is reduced. That s why the life of the saw blade of the double saw is longer and the cutting burr is small.
CNC-CFS square/rectangular pipe mill is flexible pipe mill without changing rollers for pipe size changing. The pipe size can be changed within 10 minutes and no need to conduct trial run. Put into production directly without any waste. If the pipe size shall be changed 3 times per day, the production capacity is 2-3 times higher, the rejection rate is reduced by 0.2-0.3%;the energy is saved by 20-40%;the proportion of steel pipe is reduced by 2-6%; the roll investment is reduced by 80-90%, the roll life is extended by 20-30%;the land is saved by 50-70%; the production cost is reduced by 20-40%. Any products can be produced by one set of rollers within its specification limit, with no blind spot.
