Since the shareholders (designers of the machines at the same time) are coming from wire sector, we know how to produce the machine and how to draw the wire. So machine designs are based on the wire production mentality, and we can support our customers in the production process of the wire. Our main difference than our competitors is our incomes from after sales services and spare parts. We have no any profit and any target in our budget from after sales services and spare parts. If you compare our company with our competitors (especially from Europe), you will see that 20-40% of their budget is from after sales service and spares. Because they have components, which you cannot find in the market; like gear box, encoder, simple valves etc. You have to buy these special components from the machine suppliers with extra costs, but our components are universal structure and you can easily find them in your market in your country, if you need to change. One of our big advantage is, we don t use encoder which is an expensive fault source in the drawing machines. This is our most important engineering solution than the other machine producers. MKS INCLIED BLOCK DRY DRAWING MACHINES MKS multiple block drawing machines have inclined axis drawing blocks and dancer arm speed synchronization recommend the MKS for the high-speed drawing of medium and fine-diameter wire. CONSTRUCTION The bench framework, built in sturdy, electro welded plate steel, comes in one or more multiple-block section fitted with eyebolts to facilitate lifting, transport and installation. The capstan and relative die box, motors ,brakes, safety guards, water feed drainage tubes etc. Are all pre-assembled on the bench. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS All electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components come from leading suppliers and are available world wide. The operating logic is achived through a PLC , with an automatic diagnostic system. DRAWING BLOCKS The drawing blocks are made steel cast. Capstan pulling bands plasma hot coated with a tick layer of thungsten carbide are available. COOLING Cooling water is fed to the drawing blocks and dies through two seperate circuits.

AC motors controlled by direct torque control inverters are preferred for their numerous advantages (low maintenance, high power efficiency, and optimal speed regulations) power is transmitted by belts and pulleys to the drawing rings and capstan. Motors are mounted vertically at the top of the bench Electrical safety switches make sure the machine cannot be run if safety guards are open. All electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components come from leading suppliers and are available world wide, including the DTC inverters for AC motor control, which are supplied by ABB. The electrical equipment is lodged in dustproof cabinets that can be opened from both the front and the back. The line energy analyzer is mounted on the front of the main cabinet. MKS WET DRAWING machine has pay-off, drawing unit, coating unit, dancer unit, and spooler.
